I was wondering if I can in anyway move my contact list that is in the Back-up Assistant application to my Storm?

nope, the Blackberry is not a Get It Now device, and BackupAsst is a Get It Now program.  Your only options are to take the phones to a verizon store for a phonebook transfer, or just do it by hand.
