Ok folks! Greetings!
I've been having all kids of trouble using Backup Assistant on Blackberry Storm2 9550. When I try to backup through my phone, it doesn't work. When I try to sync online, I get a server error. Please advise and please help. Anyone else having same issues?

Backup assistant does not work for my ENV-2. The phone claims to transfer but nothing gets moved to my Verizon account. When I try to repeat the procedure the phone will not give me that option and wants to send only changes fromn the last failed attempt.

Hi. I understand that you are having issues with your Backup Assistant on your ENV-2. I will be happy to help you from here. Try to go into your "Media Center" and go into your applications and delete the backup assistant application. Once you do that, download the backup assistant application again.
Please let me know if this works.
Thanks!

I'm having the exact same problem as Saralyleth. I've tried removing and reinstalling (says it's removed, but it's still there) and whenever I try to sync from either the phone or computer, it just tries to sync forever and never completes.
Argh!

I have tried it with my Storm 2 and can only get it working partially. It didn't save all contacts, and some were just partially saved.
Use the Desktop Manager Software to back up your device. It works really well and just as quick.

I have the EXACT same problem with my Rogue. Backup Assistant will not work at all; there is an update available for Backup Assistant, but every time I attempt to download it I get a message saying it failed and to try again later. What the heck is going on? I also get the same error message when I try to play downloaded games.
