You want to use Blackberry Desktop Manager.  When you start the program on your PC, click the Device Switch Wizard and follow the prompts.  Your information and settings and apps and saved messages will be transferred to your new device.  You can download Blackberry Desktop Manager from Verizon's download page at http://vzw.smithmicro.com/blackberry/desktop.aspx
