So I have the BBStorm 9530, and am having screen issues followed by a shut down. My screen will randomly go black, I can touch/press the screen, push the menu and back buttons, and nothing happens, then the phone shuts down on it's own. Sometimes it will restart when I turn it on and sometimes I have to remove the battery and do a manual reboot. Anyone have any idea why it is doing that? (This is my second Storm, VZ replaced the first one and it's still doing it).
