I am unable to use the browser for any website. Instead of accessing whatever I enter, I just get the message:
HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error
An unexpected condition was encountered which prevented your request from being fulfilled etc...
Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be?

Have you had the phone a while?
What phone is it?
Have you always received the error?
Some things to try would be to:
1. Open your browser>hit your BB menu button (spotted button)>options>Cache Operations>clear everything inside
2. Soft reset your device by either pulling the battery out for 30+ seconds or doing a "Quickpull." <---Will usually resolve most issues.
If that doesn't work then go to step 3.
3. Resend your service books.
Report back if that doesn't work so we can assist you further.
