BB Storm 9530 Battery Charging Problems

Hi, I have an intermittent problem with charging my 9530.  It happens on both my home wall charger and on my car charger and only sometimes.  Last night I put it on the charger at bedtime and had 20% of battery capacity left.  The little charging indicator came on (lightening flash thru battery icon) and when I got up to go to work, I still had 20% of battery capacity available.  ?????

Hmmmm.  It is possible there is a software glitch and you may try pulling the battery out and the replacing it to allow you device to reboot.  Then try to recharge your device.  If this does not work, then you may have to reload you device software.  Back your device up before you do this so you do not loose any apps.

I was having much the same issues after putting 5 on my BBStorm, used BBSAK to "clean" phone and reloaded, works perfect now.  Basically followed Doc's advise, backing up before cleaning it.
