Hi When I plug in my Blackberry it tries to load "MTP USB Device" and fails.
Can you help?
No micro SD card being used at all.

Sorry you have not been able to connect your device! It's so important to be able to back up and sync your device! What operating system do you have on your PC? It sounds like the drivers for the phone are not installed properly. Have you tried to connect the phone to a different computer? If so, do you have the same issue? I would recommend doing any available updates on your PC. If you have installed the Blackberry desktop manager, uninstall it and re-install to correct any driver conflicts. http://bit.ly/Qm8r1S
