9650 wont recognize ringtones

My wife's Bold changed her ringtone, voicemail password and now it wont recognize the ringtones it came with from the factory.

I did not upgrade the software.

This just happened within the last few days.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you or your wife install any new apps or games from BB World?  It's odd that her voicemail password changed... how did you determine that and find out the new one?  I have the 9650 also, and haven't seen any changes recently.  What OS and version are you running?  Just for reference, I have v. 6.0 bundle 3084 (v. 6.0.0.719 platform 4.4.0.560).
