I recently switched from Sprint to Verizon and have a Blackberry Curve. I have two issues I could use help with:
1) While I receive emails to my Curve, when i open the email, through yahoo, i have the option to reply but then i don't have the ability to send. it just gives me the option to save draft.
2) When i first got the phone and added my first contact i was impressed that the persons facebook pic was shown on the phone. The next day I went and transferred my contacts and other apps from my Sprint Blackberry to this one and all sorts of things seem to be messed up. Did i do something wrong when adding contacts and apps?? is there a way for me to completely reset the phone even if it means giving up my contact list, in order to get the phone working at its full capability?
