This is a new phone for me (but I have had the 9330 in the past).
I am unable to set up my email account or any email account for that matter. When I go into Setup and click on the Email Accounts icon, nothing happens. It does not click through whatsoever and I am unable to do anything with it.
When I open the Email application, only missed calls and Facebook notifications are present.
Under Application Properties for my Email Setup Application and under the subcategory of Details, it says "Installed: Unavailable"
Can anyone help? What do I do? I need to be able to acess my emails constantly for work

I know 3+ years have gone by since you asked this question.
Do you remember how it was finally resolved? I am having the same problem with a Bold 9930 that I just got.
