I would like to know if I can take my BlackBerry Curve 8330 into the store to have the screen replaced or do I have to ship it to the insurance company. I do have insurance on it. I dropped it between the car seat and the screen got scratched up when I tried to retrieve it. My BB Curve was replaced once when my original one was lost. I did pay $50 and received a replacement. I did have a protected screen on it but it warn off.
Thank for your assistance,
Shelle

You have to take your phone into the store and they will more then likely ship it out to have it repaired.
Thanks!

If a Verizon store will do anything with a berry that is news to me because I have been turned away three itmes and been given numbers to do it myself. Had to dial *611 from mobile and a box was sent for warranty work or you will have to call Assurion if you have insurance on it.
