9630 Tour and Backup Problems with Blackberry Desktop Manager

Hi,

Just wondering if any of you have problems backing up your information.  I have been trying to backup with BDM and my 9630 Tour running the latest Verizon OS.  BDM freezes and hangs at the point the BBGroups database is backing up.  It will not do anything else, so I have to terminate the process and reboot my phone.  Wondering if any of you have experienced this?
