Hello,
My wife has a new Kyocera DuraXV LTE. According to the manual, she should be able to purchase & download ringtones by following these instructions from the phone menu-
Media Center > Music and Tones
or
Media Center > Apps
Neither "Apps" not "Music and Tones" appear on the :Media Center" menu. I texted her an an mp3 attachment, she can play it but cannnot download it.
How can we purchase & download a ringtone?

Ok, I figured it out. If anyone is interested-
If you don't have a MicroSD card for the phone, get one, they're cheap.
- Download the MP3 format ringtone that you want to your computer.
- Put the MicroSD card into your computer (you'll probably need a USB or card adapter).
- Copy the MP3 from your computer to the MicroSD card.
- Put the MicroSD card back into the phone.
- On the phone, open Media Center > File Manager > SD Card, and select the MP3 file
- Click Options > Set as Ringtone
