can't get hotmail/outlook on convoy 3

i manage to get through all the damn hoops to connect to hotmail/outlook.com and always get a message "temporary problem" or can't connect

Download the App as a stand alone.

I am not familure with your device.

The Outlook Email App works great. However the email program on cell phones which are preloaded are quirky.
