I spoke with a Samsung support agent, but they could only suggest a factory restart, but my phone doesn't qualify for back-up on the Verizon Cloud. How do I fix this?

Are you sure it doesn't have bluetooth, look here. Then you just get a bluetooth computer adapter for like $20 that plugs into the USB port. I use this set up all the time to transfer files from phones. It's also showing a memory card slot or do I have the wrong phone? Mary

Google backup may be something to look into and try if you have a data service plan.
I have a prepaid plan- $20 a month bundle, Unltd. texting. That's about it 😕
Lo sentimos Kathy_ganaway ,but I can't give much help on this. Can your phone use Bluetooth to save.
That's okay. And no, it cannot. Thanks for your help, though.

It did come with a Bluetooth, but I misplaced it a long while ago. And I am not looking to buy a new one.
And no, there is not memory card slot.
Try Verizon Backup Assistant (not Verizon Cloud which was Backup Assistant Plus)
This actually helped me. Thanks!
