I just got my new phone, the env3, but I cant figure out how I am supposed to activate/ set it up. Please help, Thanks Smiley Happy

Thank you for reaching out to us. We certainly want to make sure that you are able to activate your device. There are a couple different ways you are able to do so. The easier way would be to switch it online with these steps http://vz.to/13VW9Ie. If not you can also dial *228 from your new phone and select option 1. You will want to make sure that your old phone is powered off while doing this. Let us know if you have any issues with this and we would be happy to assist further.
