Hello, I have had this phone since February of this year, and all of a sudden now I cannot text anyone who has an Android phone. They can text me, but I can't text them. My software is up-to-date, and my text messages are not locked. I can text message to a basic phone on ANY service, but not to anyone who has an Android. This all started today when I was at work. Does anyone else have this problem? What can I do for now, especially since I can't afford another phone at this time? I have to be able to text message to whoever, especially during the day and while I'm at work. I basically live off of this. Please help. Thanks!
Hi mtclark74, Let's diversify your messaging capabilities once more! Are you getting a specific error message when the message fails? Is this happening with different carriers devices? I am eager to get this resolved for you!
