LG Cosmos Touch

My LG Cosmos Touch will not turn on unless it is charging. I have to plug in the charger, take the battery out, put it back in, turn it on and it turns off 5 seconds after if I unplug the charger and won't go back on unless I repeat the process. What can I do?

 

I'm probably going to a verizon store tomorrow but I was hoping I didn't have to with it being black Friday.

It may just be the battery (though it could be the charger). New batteries can be purchased at several online accessory stores - shop around for the best deal on your particular model. Some of my go-to sites are cellularaccessories, batteries4less, or sometimes amazon.com has good deals.
