I can make calls but when someone calls me the phone does not ring. We have checked the volume and it's on max volume.
Oh, no. ollie1234, I am truly sad to hear you are experiencing issues. I now how vital it is for you to have a working phone, especially with all that is going on right now. Have you downloaded any new apps or software updates recently?

Same problem....if you have a headset plugged in, the phone does not ring and does not tell you that you have an incoming call while on the phone. Also does not text easily...you have to "select" whatever letter you want, which takes three times as long as just tapping a key multiple times.
Thanks for checking in with us, Matilf. We would definitely like to help out. To make sure we're on the same page, when you mention it doesn't ring or tell you about an incoming call while a headset it plugged in, you mean no sound comes through in the earpiece at all? Is there a tone?
