I have a Pantech Jest 2. I can make calls and send texts but i can't receive texts.

People are telling me they are sending messages when i call them. Any ideas?

Try dialing *228 option 1 to reset the network connection.

If that doesn't work, call customer service (*611 from your device, or 800-922-0204 from any phone) and have them check the text messaging provisioning on the line to be sure it is properly set up.

Check to be sure your friends are using your full 10 digit phone number when they send the text messages.
