How Do I Stop My Convoy 4 From Talking Out Loud?

We just purchased this phone, and driving mode is off. But every single button command is said out loud. How do you make it stop?

LW65, we definitely want to make sure this gets resolved for you. I know how annoying this can be. If you go into your settings> accessibility>  digit dial readout> select Off and this should stop. Please let us know if this works.
