I bought an lg env touch off of ebay. I tried to activate the phone using the number I wish to replace the phone with. When I did this it said this is not the number assigned to the phone please look at your envoice to find the correct number. Of course because I bought this off of ebay I did not recieve a verizon invoice for this. Can some please tell me what I need to do to be able to activate my phone?
Have you tried activating it via your on-line MyVerizon account or by calling Customer Service from another phone? Did you ensure that the phone has a clean ESN?
