Can my service and phone # be switched from my LG Cosmos to a LG Accolade that was a prepaid phone?

I don't want to change my plan or phone #. I just want to switch devices. I bought the Accolade as a prepaid phone.

Do you have a pre-paid or contract account?  How long was the Accolade used as a pre-paid phone?  If you are under contract, and the Accolade was used as a pre-paid for at least 6 months, I think you can switch it to a post paid account.  Call customer service to see if the Accolade can be activated using your current number and plan.
