My daughter brought me her phone and asked me to pay the bill so she could use the phone. I have tried various ways online, and called Verizon on her phone and my phone, and nothing gets anywhere near being able to do any business with Verizon. One recording said call back in normal business hours; I guess that would be 08:00 to 08:01 in the morning, based on the lack of success with anything else. Anyone have any good ideas?

from your working phone, Call 888-294-6804, enter the number your calling about (her phone) choose option 4-5-4 to speak with a rep. or just choose the option (1) to make a pmt to that number
