It looks like you can pay a monthly fee for 6 months for the watch. Depending on which one you want, the price varies but it starts at $66.66 for the $399 one

Don't get why VZW is forcing customers to pay it off in 6 months.  With AT&T you have 20 months and T-Mobile you have 24 months.  The monthly rate is much cheaper with them.
