I have No restrictions set with the Verizon family app/companion app yet my child still cannot access the App Store or certain social media apps. For example, Snapchat is allowed, however, my child cannot access on the phone.

What happens when your child tries to access Snapchat? What phone do they have? Are they having any issues with other apps, texting or calls that seem blocked?
