The sound on my I phone has stopped. It started by just making a buzzing sound. Then stopped completely. What can I do.

Do you use a headset with your device? If you do, can you be heard while on headset as well? Have you attempted to reset your device? If you have, can you share the steps you took and if you noticed even a temporary difference?
