I placed my pre-order for an iphone 7 Plus 256 Jet Black on 9/9 with a ship date of 9/28. My card was charged on 9/24 and I received an update the phone was shipped on 9/24 with a new ship date of 9/26(today). I used the tracking# provided from UPS and I'm getting the same message "UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later." What's going on with UPS' tracking? Is there anyone who's having a similar issue? Based on reading some of the forums it looks like a few people had their phones shipped on 9/24.
They weren't actually mailed Saturday just processed into UPS system. I talked to a UPS representative and they were put in the system Saturday but weren't mailed until today. They said your tracking number should work by end of day today or tomorrow morning.
