I recorded a long voice memo and can't listen to it or send it to my email. It keeps saying "preparing failed and "is being optimized for sharing at this time" help!!

Let's get you acess to your voice memos Beingjackie. How long is the voice memo? Since you recorded it, have you ever been able to listen to it successfully? Do you get this error message when trying to listen to it or when trying to send it?

Hi there,

The recording is an hour and 25 mins.

I have never been able to listen to it. When I hit play, it freezes and

doesn't play.

I get the error message when I'm trying to send to myself.
