BOGO requiring new line of service is incentivizing loyal customers to leave VZ

I've noticed that the majority of Verizon's deals requires a new line of service which are targeted at getting new customers to sign up, however, it does nothing for those that are loyal to Verizon. It seems unfair to give incentives to new customers that have spent $0 dollars with Verizon while loyal customers that have spent tens of thousands over the year, receive nothing. This is no way to maintain a healthy and lasting relationship. At this point, it makes more sense for me to switch carrier and get free iPhones. Also, other competitors are offering their existing customers deals to stay and Verizon is not.

Conclusion: Verizon takes their loyal customers for granted.
