If you could provide a bit more information that would be greatly appreciative, But taking a nab at it was your phone showing any signs of Battery Degrees.? Did the phone charge well previously then just up n stop, And are you charging you Motorola M" with the Box charger that came with the phone it's usually best to charge with the charger that came with the phone never charge Via a Computers U.S.B. port even though the Manufacture Motorola provides this type of Cable to charge with always use box charger.
From these suggestion: I would if you have another Motorola charger available, give it a Try and see if charges the phone if it does not then I would take it too your Local store and have them try a a couple charges see if they can get it to work if it still fails then I'd say they'll have to do a Replacement on your Unit..
