Not sure if it was after last update or when. But my phone lost wifi and bluetooth. I didnt even realize until I got a data alert. I have tried a full reset witch made me very unhappy due to the apps I lost.
Usually if you just turn the device on and off may have fixed your issues.
A hard reset in my opinion is not necessary. If phone makers send out junk updates that actually make the devices work worse, they never should release these junk updates.
Is your WiFi and Bluetooth functioning now? Your apps are not lost since in Google play store select MY APPS then from the list simply reload them back on the device. Both free and paid ones.

I have tried everything. The phone does not even read networks. I know I can get the apps back but when you are super far in a game and have to start over. I believe I need to just go to a store and see what they say. I'm sure some how some way they will piss me off.
Did already check your network settings in the menu section to see that it reading the correct network?
