i have to use a powered network extender for voice calls in my home. however, the power goes out frequently. when it does i can only hear every third or fourth word and the person i am talking to reports the same (text messages and e-mail are still ok). it is a little better when i go outside (in the rain) but still not acceptable. i can upgrade from my samsung galaxy s3 next month. which smarty phone would work best in the cell tower shadow that is Ahualoa Homestead, near Honoka'a, Hawaii.
