Seriously fuck you Verizon for not holding Motorola accountable in any capacity. False advertisement in every sense of the word. Now that my work reduced incentive to use Verizon or any carrier, I'll be gone in 1 year and 3 months. The world expects transparency. When are you going to wake up?

If you are seriously going to file a class action lawsuit you have some issues. 1st world problems man... I have the turbo and I just got the notification to update. They didn't lie to you, you are just impatient. Give it time updates don't just drop all at once they roll out randomly over different regions.
