have you recently downloaded an app before this started happening? if so remove it that might be the problem.
are these music/video files you created? if so, try someone elses, maybe you did something wrong.
do a battery pull, nay, do three battery pulls in a row. the power of the battery pull is a wonderful thing.
willanaya is correct! BUT If the battery pulls do not resolve your issue, then you need to take your phone into the nearest Verizon Wireless store and have a tech agent perform a master reset on the device.
