These instructions simply do not work. "Mantén oprimido el Volume Down button then press and hold the botón de encendido. When the System recovery screen is displayed, release both buttons." When both buttons are released, the system recovery screen vanishes and the device proceeds with a normal boot. Why can't Verizon provide instructions that work????? EVER???
It's important your device is working at all times, effzzz. Let's take a closer look into what's going on. What has you completing a factory reset on the phone? Has there been any damage to the phone? Have you attempted the factory reset with the device powered on?
