My fingerprint wouldn't read and it locked me out. Only gives me the option to enter my alternate password and I don't remember what it is. How can I unlock it so I can remove my prints and start everything fresh??
I apologize for the trouble. We will help you get through this. If you try the secondary password enough, then it should ask you for the gmail password. If you don't know the gmail passowrd, you will have to master reset.
