My Droid Pro was replaced with a refurbished one this past weekend. When I try to make a new status update using Facebook mobile, after 4 or 5 characters are entered the browser crashes. However, I can choose photo and enter texts without any problems
The phone is running Android version 2.2.1

I would advise going into the Market and checking for updates to the Facebook application. If there are none available, you can either uninstall Facebook, or uninstall updates and redownload them. Alternatively, you can report the bug to Facebook.
