This morning both of my personal email accounts wouldn't open. I tried using the force stop button and every so often I was able to open the email accounts but couldn't delete anything. I would just get a please wait notice and then nothing. I would then have to use the force stop again.
HELP.....
Getting your emals on your phone is a great way to stay connected on the go Embree. Let's get these back up and running for you. Are you using the email app that came on the phone or a third party app from the Play Store? Are you getting the notifications that emails are coming in but just not able to open them? Are other data services like apps and the web browser working on the phone?
