When I try to call a business and am asked for the extension, the receiving phone won't accept the numbers that I punch in on my dial pad. The same holds true for trying to get through to Verizon, however, there is no way to "wait for an operator" if the dial pad won't send the numbers punched, such as "3" for technical support.
I've tried making sure the following buttons on my LG Lucid are set in the Sound Settings: Dial pad touch tones and Touch sounds.
Any suggestions short of traveling to my nearest Verizon store?
