auto reboot then call services won't work.

At 7:02est 3-4 times a week, phone automatically reboots. Then takes a few minutes to come up. Calling services do not work. Must power off and reboot manually to place or receive calls. Anyone else have this trouble?

LG Enact. Started @ Jan last year, almost every night. Then tapered off, maybe once a week. Last few months, 3-4 x a week. Must manually power down and restart after each unauth reset for call services to restart. Screen only goes to Verizon red screen when unauth restart, not to LG screen. I am in VA.

That’s a very long time to have the same issue continue happening, jroark48. Let’s make sure this gets fixed once and for all. What software version is installed on your phone? Does this problem duplicate while in safe mode? I recommend testing out in safe mode for several hours to see if it duplicates. This is super odd. Your phone should definitely not be doing this, especially a couple times a week and for so long. Do you recall anything out of the ordinary before this began: any software updates or new apps downloaded?
