I purchased an LG v10 a week ago, did the initial setup paired it to my vehicle and it worked perfectly. I use spotify to stream music, at midnight Feb. 1st verizon performed a software update. Since then I can not stream music through the bluetooth in my vehicle usi ng any app (Spotify, pandora, google play music, etc.) Has anyone else had this issue, if so how did you resolve it. I have done multiple soft resets, pair and unpaired the device numerous times. The only thing I haven't done is performed a factory reset or hard reset, and Im really trying to avoid that if possible. I like the phone it was great before it updated. One last thing, it will pair and connect, it will allow me to make and recieve phone calls through the vehicle audio.

Try the Software Repair Assistant. Its worth a try. I helped my friend recently on his LG G4.. for a different issue. Not sure if the Software Repair Assitant works on the V10.
