Cannot get my trackr device or my fitbit device to connect to phones Bluetooth. I couldn't and neither could the people at the Verizon store.

According to FitBit the J3 isn't currently a supported device, but if they do test & approve it they will add it to the list on their site here- https://www.fitbit.com/devices
Most TrakR devices would also need to be paired with a device capable of using Bluetooth Low Energy profiles, which weren't in the J3 hardware.

What phone do I have to go to to get that technology on? Sure would like
to have been told before I bought it. Thank you. Very frustrated

The higher end phones should have it. The Galaxy j3 is low end technology and specs.
