It's ridiculous that we -- the customers! -- have to spend hours searching for answers to questions about Verizon service. We were much better off before the Internet. We called a phone number, someone answered, we asked a question, got an answer. Worse, we pay much more for this lack of service. C'mon FCC, start doing your job! This is robbery!
