Why can't I talk to someone at Verizon?

It's ridiculous that we -- the customers! -- have to spend hours searching for answers to questions about Verizon service.  We were much better off before the Internet. We called a phone number, someone answered, we asked a question, got an answer.  Worse, we pay much more for this lack of service.  C'mon FCC, start doing your job!  This is robbery!

611 from you phone. They also have a 800 number you can call.

If you are having tech issues, call from an alternate phone and the num is 800-922-0204.  Anything else, *611 from a Verizon Wireless phone or call that 800#.
