I hate to use this forum for this purpose, but I cannot seem to find out where I can place a customer complaint. I have never placed one, for any service in my life, but I feel compelled to place one now. Is there a phone number, email address, or physical address somewhere on this site that I cannot find? Would someone be able to help me track this down?
The very, very short version of my complaint is that I upgraded my device, recieved half the credit for my old device that I should have recieved, the manager that told me she would correct the issue never returned a single call over a 3 week period, and I was forced to pay a restocking fee on a device that never left my possession.
Any help in this would be truly appreciated. Thank you.

Honestly if you feel youve been cheated or any case file a complain with the Better Buiss Bureau (BBB) or try here at the FTC http://www.ftc.gov/faq/consumer-protection/solving-consumer-problems

I had a complaint as well - I was promised a particular discount before purchasing my phone but they told me it would take 4 - 6 weeks to show up. I never received the discount (lesson learned - get these things in writing!). I tried to cancel my service (I had just switched from T-Mobile and only made the switch because of the so called discount) but they wouldn't let me do it without charging me the $250 or $300 cancellation fee. I was livid.
These companies screw you so badly, and there's not much we can do about it except always be skeptical when something seems too good to be true and get everything in writing.

Hi Lena,
Oh, it's such a long story. I was promised, after probably twenty minutes
of secret wizardry behind the counter with two employees and their manager
at the SOHO Broadway Verizon store, that I would receive a discount that
would put my monthly bill at only $5 more than my (then) current T-mobile.
I was very clear that I wasn't going to switch unless we could get it there.
They said they were able to give me a plan that would allow that discount,
but that it'd take 4 weeks or so to show up. I have an NYU discount, and
they explained that only certain parts of my bill qualified for the
discount. That was fine, but I even clarified, sort of annoyingly I felt
at that time, "so in four weeks, I'll have a total of X dollars off the
total bill, right?" "Yes." "Can I get that in writing?" "Um... that's
going to take a while. You will definitely get the discount." "You're
positive, and confirming verbally, that I'll receive X dollars off the
bill." "Yes, mam." "Ok."
In the end, when I went back to the store to inquire I was told I was not
going to receive any further discount than what already showed up on my
bill. I explained the interaction and the verbal confirmation. they told
me there was nothing I could do, and that those employees did not work
there any more (I had one of their cards even). They said the employees
probably made an honest mistake,I asked to cancel the service but was told
I would be charged the cancellation fee.
I almost cried I was so angry, and walked out of the store in a huff.
It might seem like a small deal - it was I think an extra $10 / month I
thought I would get, but I was already paying more WITH the assumed
discount than my unlimited everything t mobile account and I had
specifically budgeted to the dollar. It's still $120 a year.
Even now, I regret signing that two year contract. Verizon has good
coverage outside NYC, but other than that, nothing has impressed me
compared to t mobile. (I switched because at that time I wanted a phone
with a keypad and t mobile didn't have a good one).
Whew!

Oh - and this was mid Jan. 2013.
I do get a small discount, like $8 or something small. But that's not what
I was originally *promised. *And I was promised. They said, "I promise."

I've been waiting for my discount for over a year myself. I'm switching to Tmobile cause I refuse to give them any more of my money.
