When will Kit Kat be available for the Moto G?

When is this update coming Verizon? Please do not give me "You will get a text message when this is available" or form written replies. A date would be very helpful!

This is supposed to be a guaranteed update by Motorola. Motorola started rolling these update out before Christmas. Is Verizon always this slow to get a guaranteed update out to the users?

The motorola G was released on January 9th, 2014. Updates are released specific to each phone, there is not one mass update for all phones, there is a different update for every model of phone. Motorola and Verizon will need more than 20 days to code an update for a phone. Heck it even takes apple about 1 month to release an update after their phones release.

Other than that, you won't get any specific date out of anyone, release dates or updates are as secretive as launch dates of phones. They will always say "We do not have any information at this time" or "We do not have any information to release at this time" Be patient.
