My friend and I have been trying to use the video calling option yet, doesn't seem to let us. Both of our settings is on and we see the video icon. But we both see the other device can not recieve video calls at this time. What are we doing wrong? We are both on WiFi, and both in 4G. Does it only work if bothe parties have the same cellular carrier?

I would love to get you and your friend connected, Cbarrow. What mode phones do each of you use? What application are you trying to video call through? Are you both Verizon Wireless customers?

We both are using the video calling software on the Galaxy S6 Edge and S6. I am a Verizon Wireless customer but she is not.
