I am unable to sign into HBO GO account using the Android app because the Verizon FIOS login screen goes all black with nowhere to enter my information. Every other provider's login screen pops up without a problem.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S7. I've already tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the HBO GO app, and combinations of these actions. No luck. Any suggestions for how to fix this?

I have had this problem in the past. Go into the app manager and select HBO GO. Then select storage and clear data and cache. This has fixed this exact problem for me in the past.

I love using the HBO GO application so I want to make sure this is up and running for you asap. Have you tried contacting Fios about your login predicament? If so what did they say?
