We read discussions from various people blasting Verizon Support. Okay, I am going to do the exact opposite. I am having problems with dropped calls. Not just my Samsung Galaxy Note II, but also with my Motorola Razr Maxx. I also had that problem with a now returned Motorola Razr M. A week ago, I called support for that problem. Talked to a guy named Tom, I believe. He was very helpful and we talked for a bit. We finally decided to go to Network Mode and change it from Global to LTE/CDMA. I told him I'll give it a try. Yesterday (Sunday) I called a friend. We were talking for about 20 or 25 minutes when the call was dropped. So today I called Support again. This time I talked to a guy by the name of David. He checked and double checked and automatically reset both my phones. We talked somemore and he said that if I had another dropped call, dial ### and send. Both gentlemen were quite professional and extremely helpful. I have never had a bad experience in either the Verizon store I go to or on the phone to Support. I have nothing but praise for Verizon personal.

Chances are the people who often have problems is probably how they talked to the rep.

Some people can't be helped..they live miserable lives, can barely afford their phone service and expect the world..

Vzw wins awards every year for service, the Internet is mostly for whining not for praise

I totally agree, I would love to hear those tape calls and how the customer was talking to the rep.
