When looking at contacts the Messaging software provides every phone number listed for a contact (home, mobile, fax, work) etc. This is very tedious and time consuming. Is there a way to get it to just show the mobile numbers and in cases where they only have one number, show that number? It would make it much easier to use.

I believe that the app selects the default phone number, which is set in the contact itself. I don't think it knows boo about the labels. Don't forget, you can make a custom label like "The place I want message to go". How could it possibly deal with that?
